Refund & Cancellation Policy

For one-time project engagements (Strategic Discovery Sessions, Landing Pages, Brand Design, Marketing Automation, AI Visibility Setup, AI Solutions):
- Before Work Begins — If you cancel before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment.
- Work in Progress — If work has already begun, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
- Completed Work — Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.
2. Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services (Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Monthly Advisory):
- Cancellation Notice — You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period.
- Minimum Commitments — Some packages include minimum commitment periods (e.g., the Growth package requires a minimum one-quarter commitment). Early termination during a commitment period is subject to the terms of your specific service agreement.
- Pro-Rated Refunds — If you cancel a retainer service mid-month, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing period. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Starter Package
The Starter package is a one-time setup engagement:
- Before Kickoff — Full refund if cancelled before the kickoff session.
- After Kickoff — Fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Remaining phases can be cancelled with a partial refund proportional to undelivered work.
4. Growth & Enterprise Packages
- Growth — Subject to the minimum one-quarter commitment. After the initial commitment, can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
- Enterprise — Governed by the terms of your custom service agreement.
5. Ad Spend
Advertising budget paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is not managed or refundable by Infrared Global. Platform refund policies apply to any unused ad spend.
6. Cancellation by Infrared Global
In the unlikely event that we must discontinue a service due to unforeseen circumstances:
- We will provide reasonable notice
- All completed work will be delivered
- Any prepaid fees for undelivered work will be refunded in full
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
